Kenwood Historic District
The Historic Kenwood District sits on 375 Acres in Downtown St. Pete with the boundaries of the 9th Ave North, 19th Street North (adjacent to I-275) and 34th Street North which is also referred to as US 19.
There are almost 3000 historic buildings in this neighborhood consisting of mostly of one and two story bungalows constructed between 1912-1940.
