Del Webb’s Sun City Florida is the original part of the neighborhood of one level single family homes that began development in the early 1960s. In the 1970s the condos of Andover , Bedford, Canton Court, Gloucester began development.
The actual community of Sun City Center began development in the mid 1970s and has had different sections of condos, villas, and single family homes that finished up building in 2016.
