Wonderful Agent

Felicity was extremely knowledgeable about the area we were looking at for our new home. She found us the perfect condo! She was able to find us the perfect person to work with to secure the best mortgage. She was very professional and helpful with the whole process of buying the condo including working for us with the lender, condo association, insurance agent, home inspector and closing. All of these people she recommended were wonderful to work with, helpful and very professional. She was able to negotiate on our behalf to get to us a great deal at closing. We met Felicity in 2013 when she helped us buy our first home in FL. We asked her to sell that house in 2024 and help us find our next home. Fantastic!

I was a first time buyer and Felicity answered my many first time buyer questions accurately and timely. I was buying during a health pandemic and she made sure the process went smoothly. The market was crazy with most homes being on the market for only a week and she was great about sending me available listings often. The home I chose had multiple offers including mine and she helped to get me towards the top of the list of offers. I was chosen and now I live in my dream home, thanks to her.
