There is a minimum rental term of 7 months. The tenant must be approved by the HOA and there is a $100 application fee per resident over 18.
What is the pet policy?
Residents are allowed a maximum of two pets with a combined weight not to exceed 60 lbs.
What do the HOA fees include?
HOA fees include basic cable/internet, building insurance, roof/pool/grounds maintenance, building maintenance, clubhouse, fitness center and sauna, pool and spa, meditation garden, on-site manager, and a concierge and uniformed doorman 7 days/week. So, what’s left? You’re responsible for electricity, water/sewer/trash, and an (HO6 Policy) to insure your contents.
What is the process to purchase one of the remaining homes?
Contact us to set up a showing at the sales gallery. In order to receive additional incentives, we would need to accompany you to the sales gallery initially.
