Wonderful Agent

Felicity was extremely knowledgeable about the area we were looking at for our new home. She found us the perfect condo! She was able to find us the perfect person to work with to secure the best mortgage. She was very professional and helpful with the whole process of buying the condo including working for us with the lender, condo association, insurance agent, home inspector and closing. All of these people she recommended were wonderful to work with, helpful and very professional. She was able to negotiate on our behalf to get to us a great deal at closing. We highly recommend Felicity to help you find your perfect home in Tampa Bay area!

Felicity Rollins is an amazing real estate agent!

We met Felicity in 2013 when she helped us buy our first home in FL. We asked her to sell that house in 2024 and help us find our next home. Felicity is so helpful, she listens to what her clients want and is very professional. She is a very nice person and a pleasure to work with. Any questions we had, were responded to right away. She is incredibly knowledgeable on all aspects of the buying and selling process, I trust her advice and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. The home that we just listed for sale with her, sold within a week. The new home that we just purchased with her is wonderful! Felicity has become more than an agent, she is a friend.

Fantastic!

I was a first time buyer and Felicity answered my many first time buyer questions accurately and timely. I was buying during a health pandemic and she made sure the process went smoothly. The market was crazy with most homes being on the market for only a week and she was great about sending me available listings often. The home I chose had multiple offers including mine and she helped to get me towards the top of the list of offers. I was chosen and now I live in my dream home, thanks to her.

Felicity Rollins was tremendously helpful in both buying my house the first time around, as well as selling it 2 years later once I moved out of state to take a new job. She knew the closing process very well and made the buying and selling process very easy for me. Since this was my first housing purchase / sale it was important to me that things were handled expediently, but with a sense of understanding that I would have questions along the way. After haveing our home on the market for several months with a different agent we hired Felicity to helpsell our home. A week later the house was sold. The sale fell through and with in 2 weeks she had sold it again to a cash buyer. Then we purchased our new home with Felicity and we could not be happier. Felicity was excellent in looking out for our best interest on both sides of the real estate process.
